Our insurance coordinator works with various insurance companies to provide accurate coverage estimates. Please keep us updated with any changes to your insurance, as it is crucial for us to have the most current information.
If you have a medical condition that necessitates pre-medication with antibiotics, kindly inform the office. Your doctor will discuss your concerns and perform an examination before establishing a treatment plan and its associated cost. The fee for periodontal treatment can vary significantly based on the problem’s nature, complexity, and treatment duration.
For your initial visit, please bring your referral form and x-rays from your referring dentist, a list of your current medications, and, if applicable, your dental insurance forms or cards. Note that a parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18.
Financing
We strive to deliver top-quality, comprehensive periodontal care cost-effectively. For single-visit procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payments (MasterCard® and Visa®).
For multiple visits, we offer several payment options including cash, credit card payments, and CareCredit®. This monthly payment plan is a separate line of credit for your dental care needs.
CareCredit offers quick approval, allows payment over 6 or 12 months with deferred interest if paid in full, and does not involve annual fees or early payment penalties.
