Our insurance coordinator works with various insurance companies to provide accurate coverage estimates. Please keep us updated with any changes to your insurance, as it is crucial for us to have the most current information.
If you have a medical condition that necessitates pre-medication with antibiotics, kindly inform the office. Your doctor will discuss your concerns and perform an examination before establishing a treatment plan and its associated cost. The fee for periodontal treatment can vary significantly based on the problem’s nature, complexity, and treatment duration.
For your initial visit, please bring your referral form and x-rays from your referring dentist, a list of your current medications, and, if applicable, your dental insurance forms or cards. Note that a parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18.
Financing
We are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive periodontal care in a cost-effective manner. For procedures completed in a single visit, payment is required at the time of service. We gladly accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa® and MasterCard®).
For treatments requiring multiple visits, we offer flexible financing options through Cherry, our preferred financing partner, which allows patients to split treatment costs into convenient monthly payments. Cherry offers a fast, simple approval process with no hard credit check, making it easy for patients to get started right away.
We also accept CareCredit®, which offers quick approval and 6- or 12-month payment plans with deferred interest if paid in full, with no annual fees or early payment penalties.
